Terms & Conditions

Starter terms — Studio 54 Fine Art must review and adapt these terms for its contracting entity and applicable law.

Artwork information

Availability, authorship, medium, dimensions, year, condition, price, taxes, framing and delivery are confirmed in writing before a purchase becomes binding. Room visualisations are illustrative and may not represent exact scale, colour or framing.

Orders and payment

A sale is confirmed only when the gallery issues written terms and receives any required deposit or payment. Currency, payment timetable and ownership transfer will be stated in the invoice or sales agreement.

Intellectual property

Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist or relevant rights holder unless expressly transferred in writing. Purchasing an artwork does not grant commercial reproduction rights.

Liability

The gallery will provide the collector documentation agreed for the sale. Any limits of liability, dispute process and governing law must be stated in the final sales agreement.
