Starter policy — Studio 54 Fine Art must review this text for consumer-law obligations in each destination.

Authenticity

Each acquisition includes the authorship, artwork details, edition status where applicable and collector documentation specified in the written sales agreement. Buyers may request available provenance and condition information before purchase.

Returns and cancellation

Return and cancellation rights depend on the artwork, whether it is commissioned or made to order, the buyer’s location and applicable law. The final sales agreement will state the relevant rights, deadlines and costs.

Condition concerns

Any concern about condition, description or authenticity should be reported promptly to the gallery with supporting photographs and documentation. The artwork must not be altered, reframed or shipped without written instructions while a claim is reviewed.
